The information is used to create and operate private events, deliver guest photos to the host, moderate gallery and slideshow content, enforce guest and photo limits, verify purchases, prevent duplicate credits, and respond to support or security requests.

Guests join with a display name and an anonymous browser session. Photos are sent to the event host and may appear in the event slideshow after host moderation. Guests do not create public profiles, follower lists, or a social feed.

Supabase provides authentication, database, private storage, realtime event sync, and server functions. Apple StoreKit and the App Store process payments and provide signed transaction information. These providers process information only to deliver their services and under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Event records and photos remain available until the host deletes the event or requests deletion, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. Purchase and transaction records are retained as reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate credits, handle refunds or revocations, and meet legal and accounting duties. Provider security logs follow the applicable provider retention settings.

A host can delete an event from Event Details and can approve, hide, or delete event photos. Hosts and guests may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing PIVU with the event name or code and enough information to locate the correct records. We will respond within 30 days, subject to identity and ownership verification.

PIVU does not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers. The app does not include an advertising SDK or use submitted content for cross-app tracking.

PIVU is not directed to children under 13. Event hosts are responsible for obtaining any permission required before inviting minors or displaying their photos.
